Want to become a Member of the Hawkeye Rifle and Pistol Club?

No New Memberships are taken during Months of October, November and December

If you are interested in becoming a member you must meet ALL of the following:

• Any citizen of the United States 18 years of age or older and
• is legally allowed to own and use a firearm and
• demonstrates the ability to safely handle, load and fire a firearm for any Executive Board Member and
• Payment of the required dues and fees and
• Must NOT be a member of any organization which has any part of its program the attempt to overthrow the Government of the United States or any of its political subdivisions by force or violence and
• Must attend a New Member Orientation Meeting

Meeting Location: 6217 Mitchell Street, Sioux City, Iowa (At the Sioux City Airport).

Please note that you can't arrive to the orientation meeting late. Must arrive before 6:00pm. Doors will open at 5:00pm so come early!

 If you come late then you will be asked to attend the next new member orientation.

Must bring eye and ear protection (Required)

MUST bring a pistol and 15 rounds of ammo to demonstrate safe handling of a firearm

Must bring Cash, Check or Credit Card for membership fees

STOP and Read Very Carefully!

Memberships are $250.00 per year and is NOT pro-rated pending on the month you join.

There is also a $50.00 new membership fee for new members and this is a one time fee as long as you do not lapse your membership.

Spouse Memberships are $50.00 per year and will receive their own ID badge and can use the range by themselves without accompanying their spouse as long as their spouse is a active member. This is not a requirement if accompanied by a paid member. Spouse memberships must attend a new membership orientation.

You have the option to pay today or you may pay when you come to the new member orientation. Credit Cards, Checks, and Cash are accepted.

Doors open at 5:00pm. Please come early to get your badge and complete registration.

1. You will first fill out processing form, get id, have picture taken, and pay membership fees.
2. There will be a brief introduction to the club and a review of club and safety rules.
3. You will shoot on range with range officer.
4. You will watch a short safety video.

Your membership will not be activated until a safety officer confirms your attendance at the New Member Orientation meeting, verification that you have viewed safety video. Payment can be made now or when you come to the new member orientation. You can pay by check, credit card, or cash.
